By purchasing artwork from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to

protect both the buyer and the integrity of my handmade work.

1. All Sales Are Final

- Due to the nature of original and hand-recreated artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns,

exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made.

- Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel

free to contact me prior to placing an order.

2. Shipping & International Orders

- I ship worldwide and take great care in packaging each piece securely. However, international orders may

be subject to customs delays, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

- I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.

3. Damaged Artwork

- If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify me within 2 days of receiving the package.

- To qualify for a potential refund:

- You must provide clear photos of the damaged packaging

- Photos of the damaged artwork

- A full photo of the piece as received

- If the damage is approved for refund, the artwork must be shipped back to me at your expense. Only once

the piece is received will a refund for the artwork be issued.

- Shipping costs and any international fees or duties are non-refundable.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

- I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the postal

carrier. If you experience delivery issues, please contact your local postal service directly.

5. Hand-Recreated and One-of-a-Kind Works

- Each piece is created by hand and may contain variations, textures, and irregularities that are part of the

intended artistic expression.

- These are not considered flaws and are not grounds for return or refund.

6. Custom Orders

- Custom artwork is made to order and is final sale.

- Full payment is required before work begins.

- Please allow up to 6 weeks for the creation process. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

7. Payment & Currency

- All prices are listed in EUR.

- Buyers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or international transaction charges applied by

their bank or payment provider.

8. Ownership & Copyright

- Purchasing artwork does not grant rights to reproduce or use the image for commercial purposes. All rights

remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
