Oracle Bodies is a growing series of paintings inspired by the symbolic language of tarot and oracle cards.
I think of each piece as a kind of portal — something you don’t just look at, but sit with. Every painting functions like a “card,” holding an archetype, a feeling, or a moment of inner change. Not a prediction. Not a fixed meaning. More like a mirror you meet at the right time.
The series follows a simple structure. Each painting is framed by a star-marked border — like a small cosmos around the image. The soft beige backgrounds create space for symbols to emerge slowly: animals, hearts, figures, thresholds. The style is intentionally intuitive and slightly naïve. I want it to feel direct. Honest. Unarmored.
I draw from myths, folklore, nature, and personal emotional landscapes. I’m interested in longing, courage, instinct, devotion, protection, awakening — the quiet shifts that happen inside us before the outer world changes.
More than anything, these paintings are meant to hold space.
Space to reflect.
Space to feel.
Space to remember something you already knew.
Oracle Bodies isn’t about telling the future.
It’s about listening differently — to your body, to symbols, to that subtle pull that doesn’t always make logical sense but feels true anyway.
Oracle Bodies - Vision & Concept
I envision the series as an installation where each painting is accompanied by an oracle-style card viewers can turn over to read a poetic message connected to the piece.
